- Guided the M. Tech. student as a mentor for experimental design and use of hyperspectral imaging.
- Applied MSC, SNV, OSC, detrending, and SGD pre-processing techniques on hypercube.
- Applied PLSR, SVM, ANN and PCR models on spectral data for iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 prediction.
- Selected important wavelength for each micronutrient using rPLS and regression coefficient methods.
- Developed MATLAB GUI having the best prediction model coded in the backhand for prediction.
Image processing for homogeneity detection of blended FRK and rice kernels (2023-2024)

- Guided the M. Tech. student as a mentor for experimental design and application of image processing.
- Developed python-based app for homogeneity detection model based on edge detection using CNN.
- Improved homogeneity detection using YOLO models and applied in real world condition.
- Developed a Tkinter based GUI in python backed with the homogeneity model for FRK detection.
Development of shelf-life prediction model for FRK (2023-2024)

- Guided the M. Tech. student as a mentor for experimental design and utilization of empirical & ML models.
- Developed multi-variate shelf-life model using kinetic models, Arrhenius equation and critical parameters.
- Investigated ML models like ANN, SVM, GPR, ER, ETLR, KAR, and DT for shelf-life prediction.
Process technology for whole milk powder (WMP) & goat milk powder (GMP) tablets (2022-2023)

- Guided the M. Tech. student as a mentor for experimental design and development of process technology.
- Developed WMP tablets and GMP tablets using SMP tablet technology and conducted consumer sensory analysis.

- Developed multivariate rheological model using SSA equation, Arrhenius equation, and MC equations.
