Given short presentation on "Smart analysis of homogeneity and micronutrients in FRK and fortified rice" at FortiSF2024 workshop during 22-23 February 2024 at IIT Kharagpur, India.

Conducted a practical session on "Quick estimation of micronutrients in FRK using hyperspectral imaging and homogeneity in FR using image processing" during the 3-day Hands-on Training Program on "FRK Manufacturing and Blending," from December 27-29, 2023, at IIT Kharagpur, India. The session demonstrated advanced image processing tools for assessing food quality.
Delivered an expert lecture on "Process optimization tools for FRK manufacturing and blending" in the online training program "Fortified Rice: Manufacturing, Analysis, & Storage" on November 25, 2023. The lecture covered key strategies and technologies for enhancing production efficiency and quality.
