  • Developed food-to-food fortified rice noodles targeting micronutrient deficiencies, especially iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12.
  • Implemented MATLAB-based linear programming for more than 100 formulation combinations.
  • Optimized extrusion parameters using multi-objective genetic algorithms and machine-learning-assisted modeling.
